What sets U.S Medical Search apart
from most recruitment companies?
It is not an accident that we have been a successful recruitment firm for
over 21 years. We take pride in our great track record of long term placements. The fact that we gather as much information
about the job opening as we can, passing the information to the practitioner sets us apart from most firms. You can depend
on our thorough screening process and skill in matching the best candidate with the job opening, listening carefully to the
needs of both parties. We NEVER present a CV to a prospective employer without vetting the candidate, and a CV is NEVER presented
without the express knowledge and approval of the practitioner. We promise absolute honesty and promptness.
What if you do not have an available
position in the specialty and location desired?
If we do not have what you are looking for, our experienced consultants
will work to uncover an appropriate opening that would fit your needs. We have an extensive database of healthcare employers
to check with across the country. We will do our best to find an opening at no cost to you.
Is a fee ever charged to the Practitioner?
Our services are completely free to the job seeker. Prospective employers
are looking for the best possible match for their job openings, contracting with us for assistance. They are very pleased
with our service, and the great candidates they receive through our efforts. Our goal is to match you with a job that suits
your needs and skills. Win-win.
Can I work with multiple recruitment
companies for my job search?
Although U.S Medical Search may be the oldest national firm specializing in mid-level placement, we know that we are
not the only company in business. Job seekers need to be aware of the way a company, and their recruiters conduct themselves.
Do they bother to have knowledge of the position, salary, and benefits info? Do they share the location and name of practice
once interest is shown on your part? Do they just throw your CV out there and hope that something “sticks”, or
are you treated as an individual? Are you treated in a friendly, respectful,
professional manner? When working with multiple firms it is important that you keep track of who has presented which position.
And of course, confidentiality is a must. Some recruiters have searches that other recruiters may not be working. In fairness, you would not want to share your job search in detail. In conclusion…Good luck with your job search!
